KWerner Desing Color Inspiration #43

UPDATE: THE CARD MADE THE TOP 20 FROM THAT WEEK! I WAS IN 7TH. HEAVEN!

OK, this is Kristina's second challenge I take part on! I had to change Blogs so I am not including the first challenge here, maybe later in a diferent post. Any way, I realize today how much work this really is, at least for me, meaybe I am not as creative as most people and also I am quite new at this!

So, here it is how everything started! Got my papers out and idea of the things I wanted to use for making the card. Actually I pretty well used everything I had taken out, so that wasn't too bad.

Finally about an hour or more later, this is what come up with! I needed a Birthday Card for a dear friend of mine, so that is what I made, a Birthday card! I was anxious to use my new "Hey There Cupcake" set and Gel-a-tins new scented embossing power, "Cherry on Top", they REALLY smell like Cherries! I thought the SU Designer Paper Summer Picnic worked perfectly since it had exactly the same colors of ther challenge! So any way, here it is:

Paper: Stampin Up Chocolate Chip, Ruby Red, Pumpin Pie, Old Olive Card stock, SU Summer Picnic DP
Stamps: Stampendous "Hey There Cupcake"
Other Staff: Cuttlebug Dots Folder, SU blue brads, SU Red Ribbon, Basic Grey Chipboard Letter Stickers Beckham Brown, White Gel Pen, Watercolour Paper, Watercolour Pencils, Gel-a-tin "Cherry on Top" scented embossing powder and clear embossing powder.
